I have just blogrolled
Suman Palit, the Kolkata Libertarian. This site gets five to ten visitors a day, and the clickthrough rate from my sidebar is probably about 1% to 10%, split by the number of bloggers therein. So Suman will be the proud recipient of one referral from my blog by the year 2009. Feel the joy!
